El Cañaveral is situated in the Vicálvaro district of Madrid, bordering on the municipal area of Coslada. It is situated in a privileged location between the M-45 and R-3 roads, just five minutes by car from c/ O'Donnell, (9 km from the junction of c/Dr. Esquerdo and c/O'Donnell) and sixteen minutes by car to Airport Barajas. El Cañaveral will be situated at the north end of the "Gran Vía del Sureste", the city's major new road link to all the developments in the south east of Madrid. There will be public transport links to the city centre, with bus, metro and regional train lines.
