25th ANNIVERSARY COCKTAIL AND CELEBRATION DINNER. Casino de Madrid, 21st of June 2007

We held our 25th anniversary event with friends and guests in this magnificent building dating back to 1836. Paco Roncero (La Terraza del Casino) and Javier Oyarbide (Príncipe de Viana), with the collaboration of Ferran Adriá, designed an exclusive menu for the occasion. After cocktails in the Patio Central of the Casino with the background music of a violin quartet, guests went to the Salón Real dinning room to enjoy the delicious menu.
The event was completed with some moving words from our chairman, Mr. Oscar García Fernández, and the performance of an excellent jazz quartet
